I hate the Cpanel Jupiter Theme and think it SUCKS. Hopefully if enough people complains, they’ll make an updated version of the paper lantern theme or others.

I complained to my hosting company, Hostgator and they said there’s nothing they can do about it so the only way to fix this is to barrage Cpanel with complaints.
