Hostcay.com Hosting – SLOW & SUCKS

Hostcay.com Basic Website Hosting sucks because it’s incredibly slow and stops working with “Service Unavailable” errors saying “The server is temporarily unable”. It can sometimes take minutes for a save button to appear, then afterwards you have to wait for the ‘update’ button to re-appear after saving something. This is the WORST service I’ve ever had.

I’ve been using Hostcay.com Basic Hosting @ €3.99 per month for 4 sites for a few months. This is the WORST service I’ve ever had. Sites load speed are incredibly slow and am constantly getting “Service Unavailable” errors with “The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later”‘

 

I filed a complaint ticket to Hostcay.com customer service and they’re response was telling me I needed to upgrade for more resources. As you can see from the stats, I’ve got plenty of resources supposedly available, especially in bandwidth.

 

The cpanel they use is dark and difficult to view. I had to apply contrast to the large screenshot so it would be easier to view. The above image is without contrast enhancement and how everything in Hostcay.com’s cpanel looks. It’s also non-standard, weird and not user friendly.

I need to find another hosting company because this ain’t working!
