I got an email from WilliamHill.com, which I never heard of advising me they created an account with one of my email addresses (without my knowledge or permission). When I tried contacting them I found that NONE of contact links worked. They should have sent an account verification link before creating any account. I’m not alone, there’s complaints from others about the same problem

So I have two emails, one for proper use and business work and one for dumb stuff and video games. Today I received a random email from william hill on my proper email despite never having touched the place or any betting sites. The email was at 18:01 so I’m assuming its an automated scam but it addresses my real name which isnt clear in my email account. anyone have any experience with this here or any tips on what to do?

I’ve just had the same thing and from the same Alice@williamhill address saying an account was opened in my name, then closed and then another williamhill vegas account was opened. Did you ever manage to solve this ?
